The Pop Quiz, Monday is a fun little exam that we love to give to savvy business owners. The examination is not a surprise after all since the interviewee already knew about the questions in advance. However, we can always pretend and have fun with the scenario of a young entrepreneur sitting in class nervously biting on their pencil. They are ready to take a pop quiz on a chapter that they were supposed to read the night before. Instead, they played Metroid all night on their SNES (Oops, this was me in high school). The real purpose of the pop quiz is that this is a fun way to introduce business tips from real-world experiences that you can not learn in a classroom. We want to thank our entrepreneur for being a good sport and volunteering their time to answer a few questions to help our community grow from their knowledge.

What do you love most about your job?
Growth challenges for both our agency and clients. In the digital world, we should be always ahead of others and make sure that we set up the right digital marketing strategy.

What motivates you to get up every day and go to work?
Growing LookinLA and makes it a top digital marketing agency in the world. We are growing very fast, and I should make sure that our strategy is working well and the quality of services are improving every day.

There are many challenges that we are facing every day, finding the right strategy and solutions is a challenge that makes me motivated to get up every day and work on all weekends too. There is no distraction. All is about growing the company and also help other businesses grow.

How do your co-workers inspire you?
With hard work and paying attention to the details. In marketing services, being creative and delivering a high quality of service matter. I inspired by my team when I see they are working hard to make LookinLA a successful agency and working harder on client’s strategy and services to make their business a winning one.

How do you have fun at work (team building, pranks, etc..)?
Well, I don’t get free times a lot, but for a break, we play ping pong sometimes with the team.

What are some of the challenges of your job?
Speed, creativity, quality.
Producing high-quality contents and delivering the right digital marketing strategy for our clients are challenging.

What are some lessons learned from a past project that you can share with us?
To know what exactly your target audience is looking for and make sure that you are implementing every right tools and service to get their attention. Meanwhile, working hard to improve the quality of your services, you should always be up to date and provide services that your business and clients can get benefits from them.

What advice would you give to someone who is starting in your industry?
To have a plan and make sure that you have a specialty in at least three services. Being a data-driven agency also is an advantage. You can’t work with traditional marketing tactics, and you have to learn the latest technologies and tactics.
